Nedda specializes in working with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, trauma, behavioral and social difficulties, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She helps clients build emotional awareness, coping and emotion-regulation skills, self-confidence, healthy relationships, and communication skills.

Nedda uses an individualized approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and principles of Ecosystemic Family Therapy. She also uses creative and interest-based interventions to engage younger clients and make therapy meaningful and developmentally appropriate.

Nedda strives to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves. Her own experiences with anxiety and recognition of the need for greater mental health awareness within the Pakistani community inspired her to enter the counseling field. Today, she is passionate about supporting individuals of all backgrounds in developing practical skills, recognizing their strengths, and creating meaningful change in their lives.
