She recognizes the inherent value and potential of every individual, regardless of background or circumstance, and works with clients to develop personalized, realistic goals. Anna strives to create a warm and welcoming therapeutic space where individuals of all races, ethnicities, genders, sexual identities, and backgrounds feel respected, supported, and valued. Anna brings her bright and fun personality into sessions. She believes that therapy can be both a place for growth and a space where joy, playfulness, and connection are part of the healing process. Anna’s therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practices, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

Anna has experience working with pregnant and parenting teens and worked as a caseworker with Child, Youth, and Family Services in Pittsburgh.
