Grayson Stevens, M.Ed. (he/him)

Grayson Stevens, M.Ed., is a pre-licensed, doctoral-level counselor currently pursuing his doctorate in counseling psychology. He has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, including college and university counseling centers, community mental health, and nonprofit organizations.

Grayson works with adolescents, young adults, and adults. He is passionate about supporting individuals with anxiety, attachment and trauma-related concerns, identity exploration, grief and loss, major life transitions, disabilities and neurodivergence, and relationship concerns. He has specialized experience working with college students and members of the LGBTQIA+ community—particularly those who are transgender, nonbinary, and/or questioning their gender or sexual identity.

Clients who work with Grayson can expect a warm, curious, and collaborative approach to therapy. Grayson integrates relational, sociocultural, and identity-affirming frameworks with evidence-based treatment modalities like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). He is committed to creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered—as well as equipped with the tools they need to navigate difficult thoughts, feelings, questions, and life stressors.

Grayson completed his undergraduate degree at Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York, earning a BS in applied psychology with minors in both counseling and women’s & gender studies. He earned his master’s degree (MEd) from Springfield College in Springfield, Massachusetts and is currently working towards his doctoral degree (PsyD) in counseling psychology, completing his APA-Accredited Doctoral Internship in Health Psychology at The University of Pittsburgh Counseling Center.
