A happy family of four sits together in a lush, wooded outdoor setting, smiling at the camera. The mother wears a colorful scarf, while the father in a light blue sweater has his arm around her. Their two teenage children, a boy in a plaid shirt and a girl in a white sweater, are also smiling warmly, reflecting a strong family bond and a love for nature.

Coping skills that go beyond the couch

Open communication and transparency

For parents, you’ll have the chance to meet us and ask questions before bringing in your child. You’ll be involved and informed as much as possible, with regular updates after each session on your child’s progress. You’ll also learn skills of your own to change your interactions with your child for the better.
