Ella is our Educational Support Specialist who helps parents develop effective ways to promote their child’s academic success with actionable strategies for at home and at school. Ella has decades of experience, teaching in the classroom, and as the Director of Support Services at a local independent school. She knows what works and how to give kids the tools they need to do their best.

In this hour, Ella will be sharing strategies to communicate collaboratively with your child’s school, to ease back-to-school anxiety in your child, and to establish healthy homework routines. Ella will also review evidence-based teaching methods that can help your child thrive.
