Medication Management Fees + Insurance

At Strong Foundations we want to make the cost of our services clear and transparent. We value our clients making informed decisions about their care at our practice. 

Medication Management for ADHD:

This service is offered for self-pay only. This means we cannot bill your insurance directly. However, we can provide a so-called superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement from an out-of-network provider. This superbill (an itemized list of services) is typically enough to request reimbursements from your insurance, but it is not a guarantee. Your insurance company will be able to help you determine if you can be reimbursed.

Private Pay Fees for Medication Management:

1) $300 for an initial 50-minute intake appointment. Follow-up appointments are typically $150.
