Vicki Spring, LCSW (she/her) 

Vicki creates a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where clients feel truly heard and supported. She honors each person’s story while equipping them with psychoeducation and practical tools to achieve their goals. With warmth, empathy, and clinical expertise, Vicki takes a collaborative, team-based approach to guide individuals through life’s challenges and support their journey toward emotional healing and growth.

Vicki specializes in supporting survivors of trauma, women navigating mid-life transitions, and individuals experiencing the challenges that come with life changes. Her therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates mindfulness, holistic healing practices, and strength-based interventions. Centering her work in person-focused and solution-oriented therapy, Vicki empowers clients to build resilience and embrace growth.

Vicki is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than a decade of experience. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and holds certificates in both Mental Health and Gerontology. Her professional background includes work in hospice care, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and community mental health, where she facilitated therapy groups and provided outpatient services. Beyond her clinical work, Vicki is a passionate advocate for LGBTQIA+ individuals, racial and social justice, women’s rights, and animal welfare.
